
OUR PURPOSE
HypeTrophy is a source of home, gym and hybrid workouts for time stretched professionals wanting structure and guidance on the most efficient way to build an athletic physique.
Workouts are designed to be accessible, train the whole body and done within an hour allowing you to get about your day. They have not been programmed for a specific sport or event but for the individual who want to feel confident and proud of their physique all year round.
By committing to HypeTrophy’s workout plans and guides, you will not only be building an athletic physique but also a host of ancillary benefits that accompany strength training - confidence, energy and enthusiasm to tackle life’s moments and challenges.
A consistent habit of movement and activity that stresses your aerobic and anaerobic systems will always yield the results described above. Pair that with specific workouts and exercises in the right way will accelerate these benefits exponentially. Executing movements is important so ask questions, send videos for analysis.
WHO AM I?
I work full-time as a lawyer in London, proud father of 2 young (and energetic) boys and husband to an amazing wife.
Needless to say, efficiency of time is essential and my training philosophy reflects that. Incorporating a workout amongst deadlines, client demands, and family commitments can only work if there is a good return on this investment. The best workout is the one done consistently over a period of time.
Through 15 years of trying different strength and hypertrophy workouts, training courses and personal trainers I have always come back to certain programmes, movements and ideas as they have always yielded results.
HypeTrophy is a side project born from seeing success sharing these frameworks with work colleagues and friends with their own fitness goals. It distils my experience into a series of principles and strategies that anyway can try out in their own work and life.
