If you need something more tailored to your situation - for e.g. injury considerations, time constraints, equipment available then please reach out via email below.

We’ll have an initial consultation where we will assess your goals, current lifestyle and fitness levels. A structured and tailored workout with nutritional guidance will then be sent with your input and questions considered.

Consultation is free and if we agree on a plan together, you will get a year long workout plan. I will be on hand to assess technique via video submission and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

There is a minimum commitment for a year because this makes you accountable.
